Through Valves.ee you can buy the Jablotron security system outright, purchase it by instalments or use it as a rental service. This allows you to choose whether to pay at once, spread the cost over time or keep the initial cost lower.
After the customer has paid the rental fee for at least 36 consecutive months, the rented devices become the customer’s property without an additional buyout fee. After that, the customer may continue using the SIM service according to the current price list.
When buying the system outright, the SIM service must be used for at least 1 year. With rental, the SIM service must remain active for the entire rental period, and with instalment payment for the entire instalment period. The SIM service enables the mobile app, remote control and alarm notifications to the phone.
Without the SIM service, alarm notifications to the mobile phone, the mobile app and remote control through the phone will not work. The alarm system will continue to work locally according to its settings, but notifications will not be sent to the phone.
Replacing the batteries used in the devices on time is the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise. The system usually notifies when a battery is getting low, and the battery should then be replaced as soon as possible. If desired, the customer can also order battery replacement from Valves.ee according to the current price list.
The Jablotron security system devices have a 5-year warranty and the installation has a 2-year warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, unauthorised relocation, mechanical damage, moisture, electrical faults or failure to replace batteries.
The installation price is shown in the calculator before you confirm the order. The price depends on the selected system, additional devices, installation scope and, if applicable, the location of the property.
The installation time is selected in the calculator when placing the order. The system shows available installation slots and the customer can choose a suitable time. If the originally selected installation time is no longer suitable, it can be changed free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed installation. Later changes or cancellation due to a customer-related reason may be subject to a fee according to the price list.
Yes, we offer Jablotron security system installation throughout Estonia. If the property is more than 40 km from our office, a travel fee is added according to the price list. The travel fee is shown during checkout after the address has been entered.
The customer must ensure access to the property at the agreed time. If the customer is not present when the technician arrives or the installation cannot be completed due to a customer-related reason, a travel fee according to the price list applies for the next visit.
Yes. Renting a security system is a good solution for rented premises, temporary housing, temporary business premises, seasonal properties or situations where you do not want a large upfront cost. The customer can start using a professional home or business security solution with a lower initial cost.
Yes, instalment payment or rental can be cancelled at any time. If the devices have not yet become the customer’s property, the customer must allow the devices to be removed. A removal fee is added according to the current price list. Amounts already paid are not refunded.
